Balance your Anahata Chakra

The Heart Chakra or Anahata Chakra is the fourth major chakra located in the center of the chest at heart level. It is the bridge between the lower and upper Chakras and the connection between our human nature and our soul. It is associated with love, relationships, compassion, kindness, and appreciation.

The Heart Chakra develops our capacity for unconditional love and devotion. Through this Chakra, we recognize the true nature of love. In the Anahata Chakra, resides pure and unconditional universal love of our soul, which can accept all people and all events without any judgment. Anahata means ‘not harmed’, it also means infinite; the element associated with this Chakra is air. Just like air, the qualities of this Chakra symbolize freedom, openness and expansion.

With a balanced Anahata Chakra, we are able to heal relationships with ourselves and others, as well as form bonds and heal on a physical, mental, and spiritual level. A balanced Anahata Chakra also bestows us with Happiness, Peace, Love, Harmony, Bliss, Clarity, Purity, Compassion, Understanding, Forgiveness, Patience, and Kindness.

To live a happy and fulfilling life it is important for us to open up to others, to our family, to our friends, but above all to the person who shares our life. With a blocked Anahata Chakra we have unreasonable expectations from others, added to that we are unable to provide unconditional love. Relationships resemble attachments or relationships of need more than those of balance. The Anahata Chakra is at the centre of all healing and true spiritual growth. In this Chakra, the personality and the ego are transcended, and contact with the soul and the divine opens. The experiences of giving and receiving, of loving and being loved, also the pain of rejection and loss, prepares us for a deeper level of love, the spiritual love of the soul. Spiritually, the fully open heart chakra is the doorway to true love and devotional and relationship with the Divine. After searching for love in the outside world, we finally understand that we ourselves are the source of love.

In the Anahata Chakra, we recognize that love is not something we receive from the outside, but rather something we are. The Anahata Chakra is where we purify our emotions, where we rise above earthly emotions, and where the first rays of Divinity emanate from within us.

Nothing is more important or difficult than learning to love oneself. It is often a long and painful process and a fight that we never completely win against ourselves, our insecurities, and our lack of confidence in ourselves and in others. Surprisingly, lack
of self-love is one of the leading causes of relationship disenchantment. By having self-doubt, it becomes nearly impossible to have healthy relationships with others, as we must first learn to love ourselves before we can love others. Therefore, a lack of self-love frequently leads to difficulties in trusting and sharing with others. To break this vicious cycle and finally be able to establish a stable and authentic emotional connection with the other, you must first learn to love yourself. The goal is not to become completely self-centered, but to be able to show kindness and compassion.

When too much or too little energy flows through the Anahata Chakra, because they are unbalanced or blocked or too active, issues arise in one’s emotional well-being and personal relationships. Blockage of this Chakra in the long run also leads to various physical and health issues. There are a few ways which you may use to balance your Anahata Chakra. These include Chakra Meditation, Mantra Meditation, Yoga and more. But the best and easiest method to balance your Anahata Chakra is through Rudraksha Ratna Science Therapy (RRST). RRST is an alternate healing therapy in which various Rudraksha and Gemstones are used to balance your Chakras. When your Chakras are in balance and vibrate at their unique frequencies it can literally change your life and the way you view health, wealth and happiness.
