Hypothyroidism

Hypothyroidism

Hypothyroidism is a thyroid condition in which the body does not produce enough thyroid hormone. Because thyroid hormone’s primary function is to regulate the body’s metabolism, people with this condition will experience symptoms associated with a slow metabolism. Because the body expects a certain amount of thyroid hormone, the pituitary gland will produce more thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) to entice the thyroid to produce more hormone. This constant barrage of high TSH levels may cause the thyroid gland to enlarge and form a goiter (termed a compensatory goiter). Hypothyroidism is an ailment in which a person has too little thyroid hormone or underproduction of thyroid hormones.

If you experience symptoms such as fatigue, weight gain, depression, sensitivity to cold, dry skin and hair, or muscular pains, you should contact a doctor and ask to be tested for an underactive thyroid. A thyroid function test, in which a sample of blood is analyzed to detect your hormone levels, is the only accurate technique to determine if you have hypothyroidism.

Once the diagnosis has been established and medical treatment has begun, the patient might consider beginning professional Chakra Therapy to enhance and speed up recovery while providing holistic and ultimate healing.

Chakra Therapy is a unique technique to open the blocked Chakras in the body and treat the ailments caused by these blockages. Chakra Therapy is an alternative therapy that does not have any side effects and treats not only the disease but transforms the affected individual to find their purpose in life and face it with renewed energy and vigor.

Chakra therapy opens the Vishuddha Chakra and with the resulting restored energy and vitality the individual can counteract thyroid problems.

Vishuddha, or the Throat Chakra, is the Chakra associated with hypothyroidism. This Chakra is located in the hollow of the throat, near the thyroid endocrine gland. This gland produces hormones that control your metabolism (the way your body uses energy). Thyroid hormones control vital body functions such as breathing, heart rate, central and peripheral nervous system, body weight and temperature, cholesterol level, muscle strength, and so on.

This chakra is where you express yourself, your creativity, and exercise your power of choice. When your Throat Chakra is controlled by someone else, whether through social customs, restrictions, tyranny, or superstitions, or by your own negative thought patterns and emotional weight, such as guilt, you suffer. When this happens, you find yourself living a life that is focused on the needs of others rather than on your own unique identity. These obstruct the energy of your Throat (Vishuddha) Chakra, causing you to choke your own voice, resulting in frustration, helplessness, and low self-esteem. As a result, these unspoken thoughts and frustrations make you feel uneasy. Another reason is distractions and a refusal to accept the present. If you are easily distracted by sensory stimuli and are overly concerned with the fulfillment of goals or targets, you will have difficulty accepting or living in the present. This causes you to lose touch with yourself, which leads to an underactive thyroid gland.

When the Vishuddha Chakra is optimally active or energized, you feel at ease speaking your truth, others listen to you, and you are heard and honored for your truth.

Hyperthyroidism (Yang) and hypothyroidism (Yin) are often manifestations of our incapacity to express or do what we desire. No one understands us; we lack the tools to make sense of our thoughts; we are scared that what we say will not be accepted by others; and we are terrified of the power or violence of what we may say. Behind this reserve, there is always a sense of risk, of danger, which prevents us from expressing ourselves.

The Yang variety (hyperthyroidism) is motivated by a desire for vengeance. This person is always on the go. The inner fire swallows him, and the conflict continues indefinitely. People suffering with hyperthyroidism seem to be engulfed by this inner fire. The fire and the battle, on the other hand, devour without generating since the sole output is reactive and defensive, but not constructive. In other words, we are doing more and more but not becoming better.

The Yin form (hypothyroidism) represents surrender in the face of the inability of self-expression. The inner flame dies. The vital dynamics that were discovered to be excessive in hyperthyroidism are now inadequate. Because the body no longer burns, it stores. Its loudness rises to compensate for the lack of expressiveness. Nodules appear often to signify emotions, wants, lusts, or buried frustrations, and their presence offers further information about their hidden significance.

Rudraksha Ratna Science Therapy (RRST) uses specific Rudraksha and Ratna (gemstone) in precise advanced stringing methodology for chakra awakening and healing.

A blocked Vishuddha Chakra can be opened with the use of Rudraksha, gemstones and other techniques. Choosing the appropriate Rudraksha and Ratna as well as wearing them as per RRST methodology unblocks the Throat Chakra and controls hypothyroidism.
